Peanut Butter Porridge

It sounds odd, weird even- but let me assure you, if you ever need a breakfast whose total mass seriously outweighs it’s volume- if you need a breakfast that will fill you up faster than a sub compact at the self serve- if you want a breakfast that tastes fantastic and goes down smooth AND the kids will love, then look no further than peanut butter porridge.

Serves 2-3 adults who are moderately hungry or one seriously starving breakfast-lover.

Pour  3 1/4c. water into a pot

add 3/4 c. of cream of wheat or wheatlets, as they are generically known

Cook until the wheat mixture is creamy and thick and then

scoop in 1/4 c. peanut butter and 2 Tbsp honey. Stir to melt and then enjoy….

You’ll be full for hours. I bet you can’t finish the bowl!
